What do we fear if is not fear of release: release our expectations, release our need to control the enviroment or other people, the fear of letting go something that we believe belonged to us. In other words, our fear comes from attachement of how thing "must" go, or how "should" people act.
If you feel pressure, if you feel pain... Ask yourself what thoughts, actions (patterns) or narratives (core believes) are you trying to hold onto.
And that is exactly the formula to create pain for yourself and others. So when you find out, you acquiered valuable knowledge, and with that knowledge comes the responsability to cease the creation of suffering, once you know your attachment is when you can let it go, not before that.
Go inward everytime and it will become second nature. Practice to get in touch with your consciousness and your life will be so much easier, I promise :)
